IMPORTANT NOTICE: KINDLY READ
Welcome to the SELF-PACED PFSA Level 2 Talent Identification in Football course and its online portal. This is your gateway to all the course materials, including files and assessments.
The PFSA Level 2 Talent Identification in Football Course is an industry-leading certification recognised internationally. It's our most popular option and is the only Level 2 course endorsed by Wyscout, a global leader in analysis software for elite clubs. The course has been undertaken by ex-professional footballers and current Heads of Recruitment to enhance their understanding of Talent Identification.
This online course is facilitated through our Learning Management System (LMS). Let's break down the five main areas of the PFSA online portal for clarity:
Interactive Course: This is your primary source of information for completing both your assessments and unit booklets. It's self-paced, so you can work through each module at your own speed, pausing as needed for note-taking and additional online research.
Assessment: This is where you'll find the video footage for your individual assessments, which can be found at the end of the Unit 2 booklet (Section 3). Open this section for detailed instructions on the task.
Submissions: This is the section where you will upload your Unit 1 and 2 booklets, and Individual Report. After submission, our tutors can grade and provide feedback. All unit booklets can be found in the files section.
Video Resources: Here, you'll find videos covering various aspects of talent identification that will aid you in navigating the course.
Additional Material: This section includes reports that could be helpful when completing your practical assessment. For further inspiration, feel free to visit our Scouting Material homepage. The link is located within the assessment information.
Files: This is where all course materials, including your Unit 1 and 2 booklets, can be downloaded. We recommend printing them out or downloading them for easy reference. Note that the Unit booklets are PDF-based and can be completed online. You'll also find additional materials here that, while not essential to the modules, may prove helpful post-course.
Marking: After you've completed your training and submitted your unit booklets and assessments, a member of the education team will aim to mark them within 14 days.
